Rex's Personal life Rex lives in Brooklyn Park MN, a northwest suburb of Minneapolis. Happily married with two almost adult children. Living on the shores of the mighty Mississippi River in a modest yet comfortable home. Rex enjoys the outdoors, as many Minnesotans do; hunting, fishing, skiing, camping, hiking, dirt biking, gardening, etc. Solidly perched in the middle aged bracket he is nominally overweight but tries to stay somewhat healthy and active. Playing racquetball almost weekly with his brother Will Hale, http://www.willhale.com , is about it for regular exercise. Rex tries to eat healthy, whole, organic foods but still loves the sweet and salty treats and snack foods. Overall Rex's personal life is relatively low key and happy. An occasional vacation to either a domestic or exotic international location helps Rex recharge his batteries and gain new perspective on his typical everyday life. Rex has a non- traditional work week. He works three days a week as a regular employee at a mid-sized investment banking firm based out of Minneapolis called Piper Jaffray and Co; http://www.piperjaffray.com . Rex also manages and maintains some rental and investment properties in the Twin Cities area. His thought is if any one of these professional endeavors goes away he still has others to fall back on in a crunch.
